Personality Styles Analysis (DISC)™
The DISC Profile™ is designed for individuals who want to
better understand their own personality and the personality traits
of their co-workers. The profile helps you understand how the
environment, pace, work habits and challenges are all perceived
differently by different individuals. It evaluates four styles
of human behavior: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.
Some people fall into one style while others fall into two and
some fall into three.
Emotional Quotient – EQMap™
Emotional intelligence is the ability to sense, understand and
effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions as a source
of human energy, information and influence. Human emotions are
the domain of feelings, gut level reactions and emotional sensations.
When trusted and respected, emotional intelligence provides a
deeper, more fully formed understanding of oneself and those around
you. Just like your IQ the EQ Map™ evaluates your EQ.
Comprehensive Business Assessment ™
The Comprehensive Business Assessment ™ evaluates
all aspects of your business. By assessing all aspects of your

Discovery Diversity Profile™
The Discovering Diversity Profile™ is designed primarily
for organizations and individuals interested in developing interpersonal
relationships. The profile introduces a process that helps draw
out our knowledge, feelings and understanding of the variety of
human qualities basic to the people with whom we work.
The Discovery Diversity Profile™ enables you to identify
your opinions and feelings about workforce diversity. Based on
your responses to the profile you will receive personalized feedback
that moves through four levels: Knowledge, Understanding, Acceptance
and Behavior. Each area is important in shaping your attitudes
toward diversity.
Personal Listening Profile™
The purpose of this assessment is to help you identify your preferred
listening style and to develop an appreciation for other approaches
that may be more effective in different situations.
Team Dimensions™
This profile helps introduce you to the role you play on your
team as well as the role others play on your team and how to interact
the most effectively with all members of your team.
Time Mastery Profile™
This profile helps you to analyze your habitual time management
behaviors and how they can hurt or help you in the workforce.
Work Expectation Profile™
This profile helps you gain information on 10 key expectations
and which are the most important to you, how to communicate these
expectations to others and how to get feedback on managing your
expectations. In addition, this profile can help you improve your
outlook and attitude towards work and increase job satisfaction
and performance.
